Presentation: Racism between American against Asian American

   People were born from the same place, but their color is totally different. However, until now there are still a large number of people, who discriminate other people by their color of skin. Based on the research, it depends on the place, where are you living. For instance,  in some developing countries people are more generous and kind to you, so that you might not see any uncomfortable situations. On the other hand, in some poor countries or less developed, so they still keep their stereotype's mind or thinking about other people. Moreover, they judge us by our every single movement or actions. Nevertheless, in America this issue is still exist until today though, so you might not be surprised. when someone is going to say you some not appropriate words. Those words can be offended or insulting. According to my experience I spent a lot of hard times to cope with racism in my country, that was absolutely frustrated and unfair. Owing to the fact that we all are human beings, so why should we underestimate each other like that way? But I still hope that one day we can all live in peace and love.

Does Facebook Make Someone Social  Offline?

   
   This article was written by S. Craig Watkins and H. Erin Lee. They mentioned about  the movie Social Network and gave you an example based on that movie. However, here is a question, if Facebook makes you social offline? The writers  gave us two significant reasons why Facebook is so convenient and useful. That is   young people can stay in touch with their friends and family members. Before that Dr. Watkins thought that is not too private to use Facebook, but even though is not private the amount of people is expanded. Based on the research men tend to use Facebook functionally, posting news, information and task-oriented content. On the other hand, women are more likely to demonstrate online affection, share family photos, and commiserate remotely over snapshots from girl's night out, and they also like to broadcast their relationship. 

   
    In my opinion, I will not use Facebook, because I think it's lack of privacy, so that's why I'm not using the Facebook. If we are still depends on the Facebook, our personality can be changed. Owing to the fact that it will be better to communicate face to face than chit chat on the computer. I suppose that it will be more and more better if our next generation will stop using social networking.

Let's guess who I am

   Hi everyone, my name is Tuan Anh, who is called Peter in class. I'm 20 years old. I'm Vietnamese although I was born in Czech Republic. Therefore, I've been living in Czech for 15 years. My family has 4 members: my father, my mother, my younger sister, and me. I can speak 3 languages, which are Czech, Vietnamese, and English. I have gone to the elementary school in Vietnam, and then I have left there for studying middle and high school in Czech. Physical Education is my favorite subject while Chemistry is not. My friends recommended me to go to SCCC because it has a great educational system for my major, which is Business. After 3 months studying in here, I shall say that i like it a lot. I have many dreams and goals. Therefore, I tried to study hard to reach them. Sitting and waiting are absolutely not good ways to make my dream becomes true. People usually say: the opportunity just come to us once, so if we don't catch it, we'll lose it forever. My hobbies are playing soccer, basketball, watching movies and listening to music. Something about me ? Hmmm...I can describe myself in three words: friendly, sociable, and helpful. My favorite soccer club is FC BARCELONA, but my idol does not belong to that club. He is Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro. He is a soccer player from Portugal, and he is playing for Real Madrid. His speed and technique is incredible. I wish i could watch their matches one day. That's also one of my dreams.
